By creating an account or using ProspectInsight (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
ProspectInsight lets you submit website URLs and automatically extract publicly available business information — company names, contact details, and social links — for lead-generation purposes, and export the results into common file formats.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. New accounts are subject to admin approval before becoming active. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:
Access to mining functionality is governed by a daily credit allowance tied to your plan (Free, Pro, or Enterprise). Credits reset daily and unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise. Package upgrade requests are reviewed and approved by an administrator.
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by ProspectInsight. Data you submit and the results you extract remain yours; we claim no ownership over it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of data extracted from third-party websites — you're responsible for verifying and lawfully using any data before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProspectInsight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Service, at our discretion.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
